I ordered two. The first one was perfect. The second fell apart the second I took it out of the box it was shipped in. It looked as if the the shadow box had been previously glued. I tried to submit a complaint through the website but the website never confirmed it went through.

This is a great piece of memorabilia! My boyfriend is a huge Buffalo Bills fan, and he loved it!! And the customer service is awesome! Unfortunately the one I ordered, the frame came apart because of shipping. And they were so good about it, and just sent a new one right away. Highly recommend!!

It's nice, but small. I thought it would have either a glass or plastic over the turf.
Some of the turf is falling off just collecting in the box.

I’ve order Two of these things for a buddy who’s a huge Buffalo fan. Was planning to give it to him weeks ago but I’ve had to wait for two replacements because one looked like someone dropped it and still shipped it to me and the replacement came beat up AND with a bogus frame. I wouldn’t recommend

My husband has been a die hard Buffalo fan for his entire life! I ordered him a piece of turf in the shadow box for him to put up with all his other Bills paraphernalia.
I was disappointed when I opened it to see that the "shadow box" isn't even enclosed with a glass front? Why NOT? That is what a shadow box is - the front of the box is enclosed. It was disappointing and frustration to pay $60+ for something like this and now I have to figure out how to enclose the front to protect it.

It is a nice piece and set up, but when I removed it from the shipping box the frame was all beat up, multiple spots had dents and the frame wasn’t even glued together and fell apart into two pieces. The shipping box showed no damage so it was in my opinion package in that condition.

Do not buy this. The entire frame wS completely unglued when I received it. The pieces are not easy to line up perfectly to glue it together. On the receipt there is no customer service email or phone number to reach out to nor are there any return instructions. I'm going to have to glue this back together myself and hope it turns out right.

I paid for the black shadow box frame in hopes that it would come in all nicely presented already. Instead I got a 6x6 square turf in a bag. So now I guess I have to pay even more for the frame. I'm upset because it was supposed to be a surprise gift for my mom.
